The internationally acclaimed restaurant guide Falstaff has recognized the restaurant NOK NOK

The international restaurant guide Falstaff has published its latest ratings of Estonia’s best restaurants, including Tallink’s own Thai restaurant NOK NOK. The recognition is indicated to guests by a special door sign featuring the Falstaff’s signature fork symbol.

“The Falstaff fork symbol serves as a clear landmark for guests from both Estonia and abroad, inviting them to step inside and discover authentic Thai cuisine,” commented Ruslan Viherpuu, manager of the NOK NOK restaurant. “Being featured in an international restaurant guide is a significant achievement for us, one that inspires us to strive for more and offer our guests even better experiences. At the same time, Falstaff’s recognition also solidifies our place on the Estonian restaurant scene,” added Viherpuu.

The Falstaff restaurant guide highlights both NOK NOK’s authentic Thai dishes and the cooking workshops held at the restaurant, which give guests the opportunity to gain even deeper insights into Thai cuisine. High marks were awarded for the food, wine selection, service, as well as the restaurant’s style and interior design. Overall, NOK NOK earned an excellent 84 points out of 100.

Restaurant guides are valuable tools for making choices among the best options, as they help introduce culinary experiences to both locals and tourists. Founded in 1980, the Falstaff lifestyle publishing house distinguishes itself from other rating systems in that a broad network of reviewers contributes to the guide’s compilation. In addition to professionals, members of the Falstaff Club – people who frequently visit restaurants and hotels as part of their lifestyle – are also involved in the process. The mathematical average of the points awarded by all reviewers determines each restaurant’s final score. Restaurants are rated on a 100-point scale, with a maximum of 50 points for food, 20 for service, 20 for drinks, and 10 for style.

A total of 140 restaurants from Estonia are featured in the Falstaff 2026 Restaurant & Bistro Guide.
