Thai cooking classes
at NOK NOK restaurant

At NOK NOK, you can enjoy delicious, professionally prepared food, but it is also possible to put on an apron and become more closely acquainted with authentic Thai cuisine. In NOK NOK’s cooking classes, you can prepare the best of Thai cuisine in the company of your friends. These include well-known dishes like Som Tom Thai, Tod Mon Goong, Tom Yum Goong, and Kang Khew Wan.

Full course includes the following:

  • Alcohol-free welcome drink.
  • Preparation of three Thai dishes.
  • Prepared dishes served for lunch or dinner.
  • Start with fresh fruit and a sweet dish by the restaurant chefs.
  • Table water.

Group size up tp 20 people.

Short course includes the following:

  • Alcohol-free welcome drink.
  • Preparation of one Thai dish.
  • Prepared dishes served for lunch or dinner.
  • Table water.

Additional dishes can be ordered from the à la carte menu.

Programme of full course

  • Welcome drinks. The chef introduces the dishes that will be prepared.
  • Theoretical part. Introduction to Thai dishes and spices. Familiarisation with recipes. Tips for food preparation.
  • Food preparation. Each group has their own work surface with necessary equipment. Familiarisation with Thai culinary techniques.
  • Serving the dishes. The chef presents different ways of decorating with fruit and vegetables.
  • Time to enjoy the food in the NOK NOK restaurant.

Duration of the course is aproximatelly 3–4 hours.

You can come to a Thai cooking school without a larger group. We have open courses where you could come alone or with friends.
