NOK NOK’s head chef Thuleewan Boonyarattana is hosting a festive four‑course dinner on April 15th to celebrate the Thai New Year, known as Songkran. For the menu, she has gathered traditional dishes that are served in Thailand to welcome the New Year. The perfectly paired wines have been selected by Bestwine’s sommelier, Juri Brattšik.

In addition to great flavours, the dinner will offer new and fascinating insights. The always‑radiant Thuleewan will talk about Thai New Year traditions and the dishes she has chosen for the evening, while Juri will open up the background of the selected wines and explain why each one pairs beautifully with its matching dish. It promises to be a truly joyful evening filled with exotic tastes, spontaneous laughter, and captivating stories!
